I had water coming though the ceiling in my room and did not know where it was coming from or if it was causing mold. I contacted JASD and they were there the same day. They were able to identify the problem, dried up the water, and made sure my place was safe from mold and other water damage. The response and communication through the whole process was fantastic.

We had a large water loss, JASD responded quickly. They extracted the water and installed the drying equipment within hours. Anthony was wonderful. They were professional, and made us feel comfortable as it was our first time placing a claim. They also helped us with repairs, and helped us with the whole claim from beginning to end. We would recommend Anthony and Dave to anyone.

I was in New York when the Florida condo manager informed me of a leak that affected 3 rooms…..Dave of JASD was recommended to me. I hired Dave…..he forwarded photos of the damage and assessed the repair cost. Thank goodness for Dave….he kept me informed of each step in the cleanup and repair process, and importantly took my input into consideration. Dave completed the removal of mold, repaired flooring, coordinated the installation of a new water heater, carpeting, and wood flooring installation. Dave gave me the confidence that the job would be completed timely and cost effectively WITHOUT my having to fly to Florida to supervise the work. I highly recommend Dave and JASD.

I needed my floors cleaned in my gym and they did an exceptional job in addition to filtering the air with there bacteria machine that allowed me to give my members a safe clean experience in my facility. My washing machine on the second floor had overflowed into my kitchen below.I called JASDINC and within an hour Anthony was at my door. He did a great job getting my house dried up. He came when he said he would and was courteous and kind. I would recommend this company 100%.

Anthony was fantastic. He worked late just to meet the deadline for the air quality test.We passed mold free with certification! There crew to reinstall sheetrock are very careful to put things back exactly as if nothing happened! My family highly recommends JASDINC
